Travellers Aid Australia has worked in partnership with William Angliss Institute to develop a new customer service training tool that allows you and your staff to better welcome people with disability.  

This interactive online training is a one-of-a-kind awareness program,designed to give visitor facing staff the confidence to welcome and service people with disability.

Self Audit Tool
