Destination Melbourne welcomes Kaye Tuddenham to the MTLP Steering Committee

Destination Melbourne is excited to announce that Kaye Tuddenham from Transport for Victoria is joining our Melbourne Tourism Leadership Program (MTLP) Steering Committee.

As Director, Customer Experience and Industry Partnerships at Transport for Victoria (TfV), Kaye's experience spans over 25 years having worked extensively in both the private and public sectors in branding and communications. Her role at Transport for Victoria oversees the marketing, brand and industry partnerships across the transport network. Kaye works with government agencies, international associations and partners in Victoria’s tourism industry to maintain TfV’s positioning within the sector. With a passion for improving the visitor experience, Kaye is customer-focused and driven. She’s been instrumental in identifying knowledge gaps in the use of public transport in Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Kaye completed MTLP in 2014, and most recently, our inaugural MTLP Executive, aimed at future-focused business leaders.

The MTLP Steering Committee’s role is to provide advice and ensure delivery of the program outcomes. This includes providing input to the development of the program, as well as monitoring its quality, identifying and monitoring potential risks, defining and helping to achieve desired outcomes and monitoring timelines.
